Primonial REIM Holding is composed of an experienced and international management team. Its members work closely with each other and cooperate with the heads of the country  and their teams to implement the company’s strategy.
LAURENT FLÉCHET
Chairman
After gaining a Master’s degree in Law, majoring in judicial studies, and a Notary’s Diploma (Université de Lyon 3), Laurent Fléchet began his career as a notary, holding several real estate management-related positions, and then joined the Archon Group (Goldman Sachs Group).
 
JUERGEN FENK
Chief Executive Officer
Juergen Fenk graduated in Economics from the University of Munich before holding international management posts in the real estate, capital market and banking fields for more than 28 years.

Primonial REIM France creates, structures and manages collective real estate investment solutions on behalf of French individual investors (SCPI, OPCI and SCI investment structures) and their institutional counterparts (club deals, etc.). ​​​​​​​Primonial REIM France invests in office, healthcare/education, residential, retail and hotel sector real estate in Europe.

Primonial REIM Germany creates, structures and manages real estate investment solutions on behalf of German institutional investors. Primonial REIM Germany  primarily invests in healthcare and residential assets in Germany and Austria.
 
Peter Finkbeiner
CEO
Peter Finkbeiner was most recently CEO of ISARIA Wohnbau AG and led its sale in a two-track process to Deutsche Wohnen SE in 2020.  
Since 2013, he has served first as Managing Director and then, from 2014, as a member of the Management Board of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG.

CFO
With over 20 years of professional experience in the investment industry, Ralph is responsible for controlling of operations, finance, audit, tax and IT as the chief finance officer.

 Primonial REIM Luxembourg creates, structures and manages real estate investment solutions on behalf of international institutional investors.
 
RONAN BODERE
Managing Director
Ronan Bodéré, who is aged 41 and a graduate of HEC, was Country Head of AEW’s Luxembourg office until the end of 2017, a post that he had held since 2010.

Primonial REIM Property has local responsibility for the letting and technical management of real estate assets (offices, healthcare/education, residential, retail and hotels) in the various countries where our assets are located. The property management teams are tenants’ first port of call for the day-to-day management of buildings.
