Letting management, maintenance and technical monitoring of premises, and administrative and legal monitoring of the real estate asset base.
Transaction management
Identifying assets, conducting due diligence checks, valuation and execution.
Asset management
Marketing vacant assets, negotiating leases, producing business plans for each asset and deciding on asset trade-offs.
Fund management
Structuring funds, asset and liability management, reporting on performance, and the monitoring of liquidity and prudential ratios.
