ESG at the heart of our strategy

CSR at the core
of our value proposition

Climate change, digital transformations, an ageing population, metropolisation, changes in usage and the aspirations of new generations are disruptions that impact our relationship with the world and in our role as asset managers.

Faced with the accelerating pace of history, we are fully mobilised and committed to meeting the ecological, economic and societal challenges facing our sector. This is why we have integrated ESG issues at the heart of our value proposition.

As a major player in real estate asset management in Europe, we are involved in the latest advances in institutional SRI policies: 2 degree trajectory, UN PRI reporting, SRI label, European Disclosure regulation, Energy management, etc.

in Healthcare real estate with over €10bn of assets under management

Since the creation of Primonial REIM, we have built our responsible approach on our corporate values and have given it concrete form
in the investment policy of our funds.

We want to give meaning to our clients' investments by offering them to invest in useful real estate funds that have a positive impact
on the environment and society.

At Primonial REIM, we are convinced that combining meaning and performance is not only possible but absolutely necessary.

From the outset, we have placed our asset management business in a broader perspective, investing heavily in sectors that have a positive impact on society such as healthcare, education and affordable housing. Today, we want to go beyond, in a highly demanding international context and we want to be recognised as a company that places social, societal and environmental impact at the heart of their "raison d'être" and business model.
Our conviction: over the long term, only social and environmental performance generates sustainable financial performance.

Stéphanie Lacroix, Deputy CEO

Our ESG Policy is expressed by practical solutions which are transparent and measurable.
This is applied at three levels:

Real estate is at the heart of the challenges of the energy, ecological and urban transition. Investors' assets will only be truly sustainable if proactive action is taken to improve the environmental and social qualities of properties. Primonial REIM illustrates this new active management through its commitment to net-zero-carbon real estate assets and the creation of a complete range of SRI and impact funds.

European Leader in Healthcare

Since the beginning, our  convictions on Healthcare and Education have been obvious. Promoting access to healthcare and facilitating the acquisition of knowledge are the seeds of development and progress.
Naturally, these issues have become the pillars of our model. From being a pioneer in these sectors, we quickly became a leader in healthcare and education real estate

A committed player to affordable housing

We are also very committed to the residential sector and have key partnerships in place to develop affordable housing to help make cities more inclusive by promoting access to housing for as many people as possible.
