We have implemented an onboarding program that includes various job training modules.
An ESG training program has been deployed for all Primonial REIM teams and each new hire benefits from it during the onboarding process. Thus, 100% of our employees are trained in ESG.

At Primonial REIM, solidarity is a key element to promote cohesion and well-being among employees. Our teams regularly participate in events organised in collaboration with the charity organisations we support.
