PRIMONIAL REIM FRANCE ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF A PORTFOLIO OF 12 HEALTHCARE ASSETS
The portfolio consists of assets with diversified activities: MCO clinics, SSR and psychiatric clinics, and nursing homes.
The 12 establishments have a total surface area of just over 78,600 sqm of floor space and represent a capacity of more than 1,340 beds and places.

BENJAMIN MERTENS APPOINTED AS NEW CFO OF PRIMONIAL REIM GERMANY
Ralf Otzen, CFO/CFO of Primonial REIM Germany AG, will leave the company on August 31, 2022. This decision has been taken in accordance with his wishes and under the best conditions. His functions will be taken over by Benjamin Mertens. In order to ensure a smooth handover of day-to-day operations, Benjamin Mertens has already taken over his responsibilities on July 1, 2022.

Primonial REIM Germany today announces that it has acquired Futura III, a seven-asset portfolio in Germany dedicated to assisted living. The seller is Senioren-Wohnen Holding from which an acquisition of a first portfolio was already made in 2019 (Futura I portfolio) This operation has been carried out on behalf of Primovie, a retail fund managed by Primonial REIM France. This new acquisition highlights the strong capacity of the company’s Pan-European real-estate investment platform to create synergies between the different entities present in each country and the acquisition demonstrates Primonial REIM’s leadership in healthcare real-estate.
Primonial REIM Italia annuncia l'acquisizione di una parte del Centro Osmairm, un centro di eccellenza per la riabilitazione, che offre anche posti letto in case di cura, situato a Laterza, in provincia di Taranto, nel sud Italia. L'acquisizione è stata effettuata per conto della SCPI Primovie.
La struttura ha una superficie totale di circa 6.450 m² e una capienza di 140 posti letto convenzionati: 40 in casa di cura e 100 nel centro di riabilitazione.

PRIMONIAL REIM FRANCE BEGINS THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE ADRIA TOWER - NOW THE HOPEN TOWER - AT PARIS LA DÉFENSE
Historically leased to TechnipFMC, the Adria Tower was acquired in 2013 as part of an institutional
investor club deal managed by Primonial REIM France. Following the announcement from the
tenant, TechnipFMC, of its departure which took effect in July 2021, Primonial REIM France
proposed to the fund's partners to entirely redevelop this tower, now renamed HOPEN Tower, with the aim of turning it an emblematic tower of La Défense, a symbol of the reinvention of the business district, useful to all the players of the area.

Primonial REIM France acquisisce il complesso di uffici "WINDOW" situato a La Défense
Primonial REIM France insieme al suo partner Société Générale Assurances ha finalizzato l'acquisizione del complesso immobiliare per uffici "Window" situato a La Défense (92).
L'edificio "Window" comprende quasi 45.000 m² di uffici classificati secondo il codice del lavoro francese ed è stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2018.
Ospita RTE (Réseau de Transport d'Electricité, il gestore della rete di trasmissione francese) come unico inquilino con un contratto di locazione fisso di 12 anni.
