Our Corporate Strategy
People
at the heart of our actions

The issue of the human aspect and people’s health, comfort and freedom in their use of properties, is central to the future of real estate.
As real estate managers and investment solution providers, we strive to create sustainable value for our clients, our tenants and our employees.

Primonial REIM has been focusing on healthcare/education real estate since 2012 by offering households, via Primonial REIM France, the opportunity to invest their savings towards this sector, enabling them to meet their financing needs, particularly in terms of health and social infrastructures.

Today, Primonial REIM has become the European leader in healthcare/education real estate, contributing to the development of a private healthcare offer that complements the public offer.
As an asset manager, we strive to link real estate investments with the expectations of our stakeholders. Our goal is to create sustainable value for our clients, employees and society by implementing a CSR policy that is in line with our values of innovation, performance and service excellence.

TRANSPARENCY, ETHICS & ACCOUNTABILITY

We give meaning to the investments of our individual and institutional clients by offering them innovative real estate solutions, in line with major environmental and social issues.

Our management companies report to
permanent external and internal control bodies, each with a different and well-defined role. These controls ensure that the information provided to investors is transparent.

We regularly update our retail and institutional investors about their investment.

We are committed to offer to our clients a  relationship based on disucssions.

We endeavour to be as pedagogical as possible in our communication with our investors, to make complex issues understandable to all.

At Primonial REIM, our teams support our clients, whether they are institutional investors, distribution partners or private individuals, with a perfect understanding of the issues and of the challenges facing each of them.

2. Investing in healthcare and social real estate

The Right to Healthcare

Challenges for today and tomorrow.

Human beings and their health have become a global issue.
The Covid-19 crisis has (re)placed them at the centre of concerns and priorities, whether on a global, state or individual level.

We believe that healthcare real estate will be at the heart of post-crisis issues. Public provision alone is not enough.

Private investment in health and social real estate will have to be added and expanded to support future needs.
