The Management Board
Primonial REIM brings together 150 professionals around a Management Board composed of Grégory Frapet (Chairman of the Management Board), Stéphanie Lacroix (Managing Director) et Tristan Mahaut (Secretary General).
Grégory Frapet has experience of over 15 years in collective and residential real estate, and notably has a proven know-how in all aspects linked to collective real estate vehicles both in the creation of funds and in the management of SCPIs, as well as in the selection of property assets. Within the Primonial Group, he has taken charge of the organisation and strategy of the Real Estate Department, from the selection of products to their after-sales service. He participated in the creation of Primonial REIM in 2011, in which he was Managing Director then Chairman of the Management Board.
Stéphanie Lacroix is Managing Director of Primonial REIM, member of the Management Board.
Since she joined the Primonial Group in 2007, she has accelerated the growth and diversification of the company, by developing the real estate activity and creating the first corporate and institutional partnerships. In 2011 she created Primonial REIM, leading management company in real estate savings in France, defining its strategy and its rollout on the market.
She was previously corporate accounts director at La Française for 6 years. During this experience, she initiated major partnerships with big financial networks, banks and insurance companies, ensuring the development of the company in France. A business school graduate, she began her career at BNP Paribas in the real estate finance department. Two years later, she became the youngest director of sponsor, notary and corporate real estate partner partnerships.
In creating the sponsorship activity within Primonial REIM in 2012, she is an ardent supporter of the cause of children, both in education and in healthcare. She is thus greatly involved with Necker Hospital and the Apprentis d’Auteuil foundation. Convinced that Primonial REIM must work for people and the community, she is developing the social responsibility policy within the company.
Trained lawyer, legal director of Archon Group France (Goldman Sachs Group), partner lawyer, representative and regional director in charge of the development of some twenty branch offices of law firm Sofiral (Fiducial Group), Tristan Mahaut has participated in the acquisition and management of large portfolios of real estate assets and bank receivables. Secretary General and member of the Management Board of portfolio management company Ciloger for 7 years, in 2016 he became Secretary General of Primonial REIM, in charge of the legal department and the Internal Audit and Compliance department, member of the Management Board.

Composition of the Steering Committee
Holder of a Master 2 in Sociology, Véronica Basallo-Rossignol began her career in consultancy as research manager then research director.
In 2006, she joined real estate investment company Gecina, where she successively held the roles of Quality Marketing Manager, then Group Marketing Director, member of the steering committee. She joined the Colliers International France Group in 2015, where she carried out her duties in an international context.
With 10 years of experience in the real estate sector behind her, Véronica Basallo-Rossignol joined Primonial REIM in 2017 as Marketing and Communication Director.
Holder of a Master 2 in Real Estate Law from Paris 2, Vanessa Beau began her career as Legal Advisor in 1998 at the business property finance department of BNP Paribas, then group legal affairs. She joined ING REIM in 2005 in the capacity of Legal Manager, notably with the mission of insourcing and development of the internal legal function. In 2014, Vanessa moved to the Ascott Citadines group, where she became Europe Legal Director with a strong international exposure, notably in the matter of property development. With this experience of 20 years in business law and real estate law behind her, Vanessa joined the Primonial REIM teams in 2018 in the capacity of Legal Director.
Qualified in Advanced Legal Studies, specialist field Theory of Law, Florent prepared a dissertation at the University of Paris II – Assas. He also holds a Diploma in Business English (DBE) from the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He launched his career in 1996 within Téléperformance as call centre team manager specialised in legal and financial information. In 2002 he joined IDRAC Paris in the capacity of Educational Director for initial training, and five years later became Manager of External Relations and Partnerships of the Institut Demos. In 2009, Florent CHABROL moved to Primonial to create and organise the collective real estate Middle Office of the Group. He joined Primonial REIM upon its creation in 2012 to form and direct a team of the Shareholder Relations Department. He became Customer Services Director in 2018, post he still holds now
Antoine began his career in 2001 as Auditor at Ernst & Young, then in 2008 joined ING Real Estate IM in the capacity of Fund Controller. He moved to Axa Real Estate in 2012 as Director within the Fund Management department, before being appointed, four years later, as Director of the Fund Management branch dedicated to European JVs and Club Deal transactions at Axa Real Assets, post he held until the end of 2018. In early 2019, Antoine Depigny joined Primonial REIM in the capacity of Development Director.
A trained engineer, Olivier began his career in consultancy within Altran Technologies as information systems consultant.
In 2003, he joined stock market publisher Argus Taliance to be successively project director, then services director in charge of the consulting activity.
In 2011 he moved to Cassiopae (Sopra Group) as manager of the rollout of the Cassiopae Real Estate solution.
He has been Information System Director of Primonial REIM since 2014.
Graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Notariat, Didier LOUGE joined PRIMONIAL REIM in 2017 as internal expert in Real Estate Valuation.
With over 40 years’ experience over all asset classes, offices, healthcare, commercial and residential, Didier successively held the roles of real estate expert at Union de Crédit pour le Bâtiment, COEXTIM Development Director at Paribas, then Deputy Managing Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation.
Member of the Higher Board of the Institut Français de l’Expertise Immobilière (IFEI), he is also TEGoVa certified as Recognised European Valuer.
Catherine Martin has 19 years’ experience in the finance sector. A graduate of EM Lyon, she joined AEW Europe to carry out Portfolio Management duties, then became Director at Deloitte in Romania.
She joined the Primonial Group and Primonial REIM in 2012 to take over the Fund Management in charge of the OPCI, SCI and SCPI funds.
Qualified with a MASTER 2 specialised in Internal Audit from the IAE of Aix en Provence, Justine has 15 years’ experience in audit and control. She began her career in a consultancy specialised in banking and financial regulation and risk management. For 7 years she supported banking and financial institutions and management companies on these subjects. In early 2012 she joined the Primonial teams in charge of Compliance and Internal Audit, then became Compliance and Internal Audit Manager of Primonial REIM in October 2012.
Christophe Perriot began his career in 1997 as SCPI accounts manager of the FONCIA group. In 203 he joined the financial department of the Union Française de Gestion (having since become La Française AM), where he spent 9 years in the role of chief accountant for all SCPIs, OPCIs and winegrowing undertakings of the group.
Boasting 16 years’ experience in real estate funds, in September 2012 he took over the accounts management of Primonial REIM, and became Administrative and Accounts Director in October 2013.
A graduate of the EDHEC Business School, speciality corporate finance, Charles began his career in 2001 at Cap Gemini Consulting in the capacity of organisation and management consultant. In 2003 he joined Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where he held several roles before being appointed investment director, offices division. In 2009, he moved to the group real estate department of EDF as project manager to the real estate director, and two years later became Managing Director of EDF IM Solutions and member of the steering committee of the real estate division, then Managing Director of the Real Estate division of Colliers International. He joined Primonial REIM in 2019 as Asset Management Director.
Laetitia TREVES is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School, speciality Finance.
She began her career in real estate in 2008 as Analyst at CATELLA PROPERTY Group, one of the principal consultancies in European real estate transactions based in 14 countries.
In 2012, Laetitia joined Primonial REIM in the capacity of Office Investment Manager. After two years, she was awarded the Immoweek Prize for “Young Pros” at the Pierres d’Or 2014.
In September 2018, she became Investment Director and supervises all asset classes: offices, healthcare, commercial, residential and hospitality.
With a university education in local economic development, Daniel While began his career as business establishment consultant to local authorities. In 2006, he joined the Institut de l’Epargne immobilière et Foncière as analyst, and specialised in the world of unlisted real estate funds (SCPIs and OPCIs for France). He is co-author of the book Les OPCI published by Delmas (September 2008). He joined Primonial REIM in 2017, where he held the position of Development Director, then Research & Strategy Director from 2019.

The supervisory bodies
The Supervisory Board
Primonial REIM is supervised by a Supervisory Board composed of 5 members, 2 of whom are independent. It meets at least 4 times a year to exercise the ongoing supervision of the management of the Company by the Management Board.
The Compliance & Internal Audit Committee
This Committee meets quarterly and deals with issues of compliance and control of the management company. The results of the audit works carried out, the state of progress of the compliance projects (rollout of new regulations, for example), and the action plans implemented to remedy malfunctions found or improve existing processes are referred here.
The Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Committee
This twice-yearly committee is an offshoot of the Compliance & Internal Audit Committee and specifically deals with issues relating to the control of money laundering and terrorist financing.
The Risk Committee
This committee meets several times a year to validate the risk budgets of the vehicles managed by PREIM. It identifies the evolutions and main trends of the risks, so as to best predict them. Lastly, it monitors identified risks (monitoring of indicators, notably) and supervises the action plans implemented to control these risks.
