Primonial REIM France creates, structures and manages collective real estate investment solutions on behalf of French individual investors (SCPI, OPCI and SCI investment structures) and their institutional counterparts (club deals, etc.). Primonial REIM France invests in office, healthcare/education, residential, retail and hotel sector real estate in Europe.

Primonial REIM Germany creates, structures and manages real estate investment solutions on behalf of German institutional investors. Primonial REIM Germany primarily invests in healthcare and residential assets in Germany and Austria.

CEO
Peter Finkbeiner was most recently CEO of ISARIA Wohnbau AG and led its sale in a two-track process to Deutsche Wohnen SE in 2020.
Since 2013, he has served first as Managing Director and then, from 2014, as a member of the Management Board of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG.

Benjamin Mertens
CFO
Benjamin Mertens was previously responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Tax and Group Accounting at the Capital Bay Group. Prior to that, he supported as Head of Controlling various strategic projects at TLG Immobilien, joined Deloitte as a consultant and worked at Corpus Sireo. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from HTW Berlin.

Ronan Bodéré, graduate of HEC, was Country Head of AEW’s Luxembourg office until the end of 2017, a position that he had held since 2010.

Stéphane has been working in the financial services sector for over 25 years. He joined us in January 2022 as the Head of International Business Development and is Managing Director of Primonial REIM UK.

Sandra joined Primonial REIM in 2022 and is Managing Director of Primonial REIM UK. Sandra also serves as Chief Transformation Officer for Primonial REIM.

Based in Madrid, Primonial REIM Spain is a company specialises in seeking new real estate investment opportunities and managing asset portfolios in Spain.
With a portfolio totaling over 700 million euros, distributed across various asset categories (residential, healthcare, education, hospitality), Primonial REIM Spain is committed to creating value for its investors. Additionally, Primonial engages in fundraising from Spanish institutional investors for Primonial REIM's pan-European funds, thus capitalising on the synergies of our real estate platform.
Primonial REIM Property Management
Primonial REIM Property Management has local responsibility for the letting and technical management of real estate assets (offices, healthcare/education, residential, retail and hotels) in the various countries where our assets are located. The property management teams are tenants’ first port of call for the day-to-day management of buildings.
