Primonial REIM is a player that is fully aware of the impact of real estate on the planet and society.
We integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues in the company’s operations and in the investment solutions that we manage.

Our CSR commitments are structured around 4 pillars:
 
  • A sustainable planet, which refers to all actions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our assets, whether this is in terms of energy consumption or greenhouse gas emissions

Optimising the energy performance of buildings, encouraging innovative projects, and reducing our real estate assets’ greenhouse gas emissions are some of our priority objectives, which are fully integrated within our strategy.

Primonial REIM is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) charter defined by the Secretary-General of the United Nations, whose aim is to help investors to integrate environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations in their investment decision-making.

Goals

Primonial REIM supports the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, particularly those that promote access to healthcare, sustainable cities and communities and the combating of climate change.
In the medium term (2022), Primonial REIM​​​​​​​ will aim for Bcorp certification, which would make it the first European asset management company to be awarded this extremely selective label (5% of applicants are approved).
